I didn't think there was anything that you could improve on. I thought the crew was efficient and quick and they cleaned up after themselves. And the project manager that was on site was also fantastic. He walk through the project with us before they started and was good at answering any questions we had. Team was prompt, on schedule, and clean up was complete. They per-
formed exterior remediation paint over stucco. Unfortunately there was a
mix up in paint grade after the work was completed, but perhaps most
important of all, management owned up to their mistake and returned
the team to the site for a complete re-do at no extra charge.
This is but one example of the integrity of the company. CertaPro personnel are a pleasure to deal with, top to bottom and their
free estimates are very competitive.
