🌱 Growing Our Leaders: We focus on practicing continuous improvement through leadership summits, annual conferences, monthly strategic meetings, in person job handoff meetings and technical training. Engage with our people! Ask them what they learned last week.
🏔️ Inspiring Adventures: We believe a fulfilling life is much more than work and encourage our people to get out and explore the world through national trade shows, kayaking and hiking in our own backyard, tailgating at Union soccer games and Louisiana swamp tours.
