Marketing Intern
We’ve been running our marketing intern program for 6 years – it’s been REAL successful. In our best year, the program generated over 250 leads and $150,000 in business!
We need individuals to help with the following:
- Put up “Coming Soon” signs on jobs we’re about to start
- Find places to put up our “Spring-up” signs
- Wear our “Bristles” costume to community events (see below)
- Spearhead our painter recruiting efforts
- Throw out frisbees at local parks – and jobs in progress
- Update our website
- Post to our facebook page
- Stop by jobs to ask for referrals
- Spread the word by dropping off “doorhangers” around the neighborhoods and knock on doors.
- Do warranty inspections on jobs we’ve performed in the past.
- Schedule leads
- Update our literature
- Distribute our ENVISION magazines
- Cold call commercial properties
- Represent us at our networking group meeting
- Work at home show booths
- Donut drops at property managers offices
- Call our previous customers in the winter
- Help with small job bidding (decks, etc.)
- ETC, ETC, ETC.
Requirements:
- 10-30 hours per week
- Must have transportation

We do hire high school students if they can drive. Meet Delaney Drucquer and Finlay Drucquer and their friends who like to hand out door hangers in the neighborhoods to spread the word, and post on social media.
