I graduated from Penn in 1992 with an engineering degree. After paying my way through college painting houses I decided to buy a franchise from CertaPro Painters (I was the 3rd to buy one, now there are over 300 franchises). Over the past 14 years I have focused on living up to the ideals of CertaPro Painters - the belief that we can take an event (house painting) that is considered to be a hassle and frustrating experience into an experience where our customers are delighted.
